💰 Delivery Charges

Inside Dhaka City: ৳70

Outside Dhaka: ৳130

👉 Pre-payment of delivery charges is usually not required. However, in some cases, Blynk Store reserves the right to request advance payment via bKash/Nagad. The remaining balance must be paid upon receiving your product.

🚚 Delivery Process

We do not use in-house delivery staff.

All orders are delivered through trusted third-party couriers such as Pathao, Steadfast, and others.

Estimated delivery time: 2–4 working days.

Please keep your mobile phone active so the delivery person can contact you.

📝 At the Time of Delivery

Since deliveries are handled by third-party couriers, kindly check your product carefully upon receipt.

If the product is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you must inform us immediately while the delivery person is still present.

After the delivery agent leaves, product replacement or return becomes difficult.

📦 After Opening the Parcel

If you find any defect after unboxing, we will replace the product free of cost at the earliest possible time.

Our support team can also provide additional product images or videos upon request.

🔄 Return Policy

If the product has a defect after opening, we will replace or refund it free of charge.

However, the product must be returned to us for verification.

If you return a parcel without valid reason (e.g., personal dislike or change of mind), you must still pay the delivery charge.

Inside Dhaka: 2–4 working days

Outside Dhaka: 3–7 working days

We use reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, holidays, or courier delays.
